Ken spent 26 years in finance, primarily as an asset manager, most recently with Barings. He is also a successful entrepreneur having built and sold a chain of car washes.

Adam is a recent UNC graduate and joins the team after a stint in investment banking at Charlotte-based firm Davidson Capital Advisors. At RTL Capital, he will focus on our accelerator sourcing efforts, investment evaluation, due diligence, portfolio management and much more.
Ashley manages and oversees the daily operations for the program, marketing, sales and events' departments, working closely with the Founder and Managing Director to ensure company growth and success. Ashley's background is in events and marketing planning and operations, with most of her career spent in the non-profit sector.
Sarah recently earned her BBA in Marketing at Texas Christian University. She has a passion for social media management & marketing strategy. Additionally, her role provides assistance for the planning and execution of RTL events.
